| Ladies & Gentlemen is a Post Hardcore band that formed in April of 2007 in Springfield, Ohio. Adam Longworth, Jeremy Newport, and David Woodrow began writing material for a four-song demo. Soon after, Adam, David, and Jeremy entered Electric Angel Studios with Adam recording guitar and vocal tracks, David recording guitar, bass, and Indian meditation bowl tracks, |

and Jeremy recording drum and scream tracks. After Ladies & Gentlemen finished work on their demo, they immediately began selling copies and holding tryouts for a bassist. Eventually they found Justin Hart who completed the sound that Ladies & Gentlemen was looking for. |
| They then began playing shows with such bands as The Story Changes (Future Destination Records) and The Widow Jenkins (with the ex members of Emery and Undermined). |
