Clark County Fair - Chili Cookoff


The Chili Cook-off was held at the Clark County Fair on Saturday, July 19. After the winners were announced, the contestants were permitted to taste other entries, then the visitors were allowed to sample each chili. As contestant Steve Scott said, "Even if I don't place, I still win — I get to taste some good chili!"

There were 14 contestants this year — different types of chili. Some hot, some not.
