133.01   DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED

A Department of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities is hereby established. The Department of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities shall consist of a Director of Parks, Recreation, and Facilities and such other officers and employees as are appointed. The Department shall maintain and operate the City's parks and recreational facilities and Municipal buildings, and perform such other duties as required by City Charter and ordinance.
