128.01   DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.

A Department of Information Technology is hereby established. The Department consists of the Director of Information Technology and such other officers and employees as are appointed. The Department shall collect, store, and disseminate computerized data for use by the various City departments; to make computerized data available to the public, as required by public records law; and perform such other duties as are required by the City Charter and ordinances.
