127.01   ESTABLISHMENT.

A Department of Central Services is hereby established. The Department is administered by the office of the City Manager and consists of such officers and employees as are appointed. The Department shall maintain Municipal buildings; operate the print shop; maintain central stores of the City; maintain and operate the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport; and perform such other duties as required by City Charter or ordinance.

125.02   PRINT SHOP DIVISION.

A Print Shop Division of the Department of Central Services is hereby established. The Print Shop Division shall operate the City's print shop and maintain central stores of the City.

125.02   AIRPORT DIVISION.

An Airport Division of the Department of Central Services is hereby established. The Airport Division shall maintain and operate the Springfield-Beckley Municipal Airport.
