107.01   POLICE AND SANITARY REGULATIONS OUTSIDE CITY.

Provisions and requirements of all ordinances and resolutions of the City, whether now in effect or hereafter enacted or adopted relating to, or involving the exercise of, or providing for the enforcement of, or prescribing penalties for the violation of police and sanitary regulations and powers of the City within its corporate limits, shall be and the same hereby are extended, to the extent that the same are or may be applicable to the protection thereof, to all lands owned and used by the City, whether the same are situated within or without the corporate limits of the City.
