Bruno "Gary" J. Grasaglio, 97, of Enon passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2009 in his home. He was born November 5, 1912 in Jennerstown, Pennsylvania to the late Vittorio and Rosa Graziolli. He served in F.D.R.'s Emergency Conservation Work Act (Civilian Conservation Corps) 1933 to 1942, then transferred to W.P.A.F.B. until 1943 when he was drafted into the Navy. He
served with the U.S. Naval Construction Battalion (Seabees), Co 521, on Tulagi in the British Solomon Islands. He was honorably discharged October 1945. He returned to work at W.P.A.F.B. where he retired in 1973. Gary loved participating in all sports and played softball until he was in his late 60s. He enjoyed woodworking, music, building stereo speaker cabinets and windmills. Gary always said he lived a long happy life because his wife took such good care of him.
He is survived by his wife; Wanda L., whom he married October 9, 1941, two daughters; Valia (Jim) Kelly, of Springfield,
Rosalie (Bob) Gibler of Enon, a son, Victor N. (Janine) Grasaglio of St. Louis, Missouri, five grandchildren; Andrea (Andy) Treolo, Jimmy Kelly, Lisa M. Gibler, Rachel (Jamie) VanDernoot, Destiny Terry, four great-grandchildren; Brandon Treolo, Zach Treolo, Reginald Terry, Gracie Ericks, many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral Service will be conducted 10:00 am Saturday, December 5th, 2009 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon, with Pastor Jeff Mohr officiating.
Burial will follow the service in Enon Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8pm Friday in the funeral home.

Gary will be greatly missed.
