Susan Domer Engle, 72, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008. She was born on June 20, 1936, daughter of Russell and Martha Domer.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Lawrence Nawman; and second husband, Charles Engle.

She is survived by her 3 step-sons, John and wife Mary Engle, Roy and wife Cathy Engle, and Mark and wife Bev Engle; 4 step-grandchildren; 1 step-great grandchild; and half-brother, Robert T. Domer.

She attended Lagonda United Methodist Church for many years, and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, reading, listening to music, and especially loved spending time with her 4 cats.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2008 from 10-11 AM with funeral service starting at 11:00 AM at JACKSON LYTLE WILLIAMS FUNERAL HOME- SPRINGFIELD. Pastor Dan Held officiating. Interment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery. Memorial contributions in memory of Susan may be made to Villa Springfield.
