Richard J. “Rick” Lewis II, 49, of Springfield died Friday, April 18, 2008 in Community Hospital.

He was born March 2, 1959 in Springfield the son of Richard J. and Brenda D. (Riley) Lewis.

Rick attended Shawnee High School and worked all his life in Home Construction and Remodeling.

He is survived by his father of Springfield; one brother and sister-in-law David and Trish Lewis of Cincinnati; two sisters and a brother-in-law Becky and Steve McNary, and Rhonda Boyd, all of Springfield; eight nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Brenda Hobson.

The family will receive visitors Thursday from 5-7:30 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. Memorial services will be held Thursday at 7:30 PM. in the Memorial Home.
