James Howard “Jimmy” Lynch,48, of Springfield, passed away at 9:30 PM Saturday, August 9, 2008 in Lakeview, Ohio. He was born May 10, 1960 in Brewton, Alabama, the son of Curtis L. and Carol ( Hughes) (Lynch) McWilliams.

Survivors include his mother and step father; Carol and Paul McWilliams, Springfield, a daughter; Chasity Lynch, West Union, Ohio, a grand daughter; Linda Lynch, two brothers; Timothy (Teresa) Lynch and Randall (Jennifer) Lynch, Springfield, grand mothers; Kathern Hughes, Springfield, Claudia Lynch, Alabama, several nieces and nephews and good friend Russell Craig, Springfield.

He was preceded in death by his father Curtis, grand fathers; Cecil Hughes, and Wiley Lynch, great grand mother Dorothy Campbell, and his loving companion Jenine Hackerman.

Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the funeral home with Rev. John Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made be made to Jimmy’s family. Jimmy will be remembered as a person who would always help any friend in need and was a very giving person.
