Peg of Springfield asks,

"Would it be possible to renovate one of the buildings in Springfield like they have in Goshen Indiana, such as the Old Bag Factory. At one time it was an onion bag factory but it has been made into an Artisan type center where people sell their work. Stained glass, woodcrafts, candy and candles all handmade. It is a nice attraction to visit and shop. We need something like that here."

Mayor Copeland replies,

"It sounds great. I do not personally know anything about it. It is possible. It sounds like something that would potentially fit into the plans for downtown for the next decade. The key is probably for someone to take the lead in developing something like that and their ability to raise money to do it.
